A brief overview of some of our projects, existing clients supported by Bytes Computers and some of our reviews.

Bytes Computers have been maintaining the IT infrastructure for North Park Veterinary Group since 2007. Including multi site network links, hardware supplied and supported and the entire VoIP telephone system. During this time there have been numerous refurbishments of their different sites. We have assisted throughout the planning and implementation of all the required systems.

A hotel is a complex system from an IT perspective, requiring the provision of a staff network along with an unrestricted guest network that must remain secure and segregated from the business computers. On top of all that we have multiple different buildings at this site and the requirement to run a complex phone system and around sixty security cameras. As well as secured network credit card terminals.

Tucked away in the Devonshire countryside is Highbullen Hotel. Hidden away inside their dedicated data room is the heart of the most comprehensive network we have had the privilege to design and install.

The final design installed by Bytes Computers consists of various servers running the secure staff network. A separate fully managed and auditable guest WiFi system. With entirely separate virtual networks (vlans) for the staff, guests, televisions, phones, card payment machines and CCTV. Covering all of the various buildings over the whole site, linked together with many kilometers of Fibre optic cable. As a result of all this investment in technology Highbullen Hotel have had a very reliable network since it was installed in 2013.

In early 2020 Bytes Computers completed a full Windows 10 upgrade/replacement program. Along with a complete migration to Office 365 email services for the hotel.

Mark is friendly and efficient and offers outstanding customer service - far beyond my expectations.
